Discover our 1st category rivers in Pont-Scorff, Morbihan

A coastal river flowing into Lorient River, the Scorff flows over 76km (47 miles), with an average width of about twenty metres.

It retains its natural course, punctuated by the reservoirs of mills and a few remnants of fisheries.

This alternation between diversion bays and flowing areas gives the river a 1st category fishing classification, dominant fish being salmonids: trout and salmon.

Other migratory species are present, including sea lamprey and eel.
